Nothing beats waking up on a Saturday morning and enjoying a cup of French pressed coffee!! Courtesy of Miranda & David on my last birthday! Love! Ok, well there are a few things that could beat that, but for now it will do!
What's going on? Well, not a lot of a lot. Work is going well. I have succumbed to the idea that work is just a part of life . It might not be something I always love, but its better to accept it than moan when my days on come. I do like what I am doing and who I work with, for the most part. With all jobs I think you have those ups and downs. My down would be just getting up so early and being out of my house for so long!! I'm gone from 6am to 8pm. I have been told that is ok, because at least I don't have a husband or kids to tend to. Single and alone? So easy to go to work...but I digress.
Ah, pending beach day. How I am so excited to see you!! I can't wait! Heading home in a few minutes to spend the weekend with the family. I took it slow in waking up this morning and getting ready.
Here's a few pics from Kennedy Space Center visit this past week with my parents and brother:

Mom and John getting in the pod, which was actually a picture booth. Clever.

Dad, we tried. Maybe over a few inches to the left would've done better.
In replica of one of the first space pods. Cramped!!
Me and little boy, not so little boy. Boy becoming a tween...NO!
Happy Easter! I hope you all have fun dying eggs, hiding and hunting them, eat a few pieces of candy, be with loved family and friends, eat some ham. Remember the King who came here on earth with the sole purpose of saving those He loved to be with Him forever. So thankful for that truth!! He is Risen! He is risen indeed!
