The past few weeks have been busyish. Natalie and I managed to squeeze 2 trips in to Disney. We can always manage a Disney day!

Enjoying coffee at the parade

Met up with and old friend, Meghan, who we used to play with her when we were little. Our parents were BFF's and my older sister babysat her. We're all grown up.

We got Josh and Katie married. I love these two people! Their rehearsal dinner was at an aquariam. We had our very own private dolphin show where we were all soaked aftewards. Except me, I made Josh stand in front of me.

Loved hanging with the bridesmaids. There were 2 other girls who didn't make this cute pic! Don't you just love the dresses? Anthropologie!! Better believe I will be wearing this again!
So happy for Katie! She was gorgeous and it was a great night!!

Sunday morning I had my own beach morning shared with this little guy who sat next to me for about 30 minutes. So nice to rest on the beach with Andrew Peterson and the waves together in the background

Back to the daily grind of life. I have moved and am still settling in. I absolutely love living downtown and I love living closer to work. So nice!! Saves gas money and tolls!! Helps a lot when you have long 14 hour days.

Planning a trip this weekend to Pensacola. After that I will be around for a little bit longer and then taking another trip to Washington DC!!! So excited for that one, it will be amazing! I have never been and am soo looking forward to seeing all the sites and historical things!!! Hooray!

Exhausted....
I have pictures to prove it, but not up yet due to no internet on my own computer. Stupid Mac. That's the only time you'll hear me say that.
I got to meet my new little friend, Knox Matthew, born on this past Wednesday. What a sweetie and so much hair! We hit it off right away.
Wedding at the beach was soooo great. So much fun to hang with the bridal party and just have fun and celebrate. Back yesterday about 4PM, and I went to sleep until 6 AM this morning.
Now, on to moving today, with help from 2 awesome friends, who could ask for more?
Pics to come.

Picture Time

I wish I were better at posting pics. Here are some from the past month:

Dog days of summer. I love this picture, but I forget how hot it was that day. Sooo hot.

Sister trip to Ted Drewes, yummy custard in St. Louis. Would love to have that every day!

Natalie and I rented a 2010 Volkswagon Beetle. Here we are all crammed into the car going to town to get Redbox. 20 minutes just for a movie and a Starbucks drink
...good times
Bowling night for Alex's last hurrah in Orlando. We wore some awesome socks.

Old Roomies, how I miss you!

I love my Vechik sisters. I was so blessed to live with them for 3 months. I love how uniquely different and the same these girlies are. So good to me and good for my heart. I love them both. Sad that Kristi is moving away. Glad Katie will be here for the next year!!
Kristi and I have been friends for 3 years. We had an epic year living together, hardly knowing each other. Why we didn't continue living together the last year, who knows? I love this girl! This pic totally epitomizes our relationship. Crazy.

Lucy and Mr. Tumnus

Katie's Bridal Shower

I love these girls. Who wouldn't?

I am out of my blogging zone at the moment. I had grand ideas of putting up pictures from my trip and sharing different details of whats going on in my life. But, none of that has transpired over the past few weeks. Sorry.

I have moved to a temporary and very lovely abode of a lady in my church and also frequent reader of the blog, Joan! With such generosity, this lovely lady has opened up her house to me. And I am ever so grateful to have a place to stay over the next 2 weeks. I am so thankful. So, thank you, Joan!

Moving was a beast, but only because I had a small window of time in which to do so. I hate moving. I hate organizing and packing up, because I do not have any sort of organization pattern. So, different things go in different boxes and eventually I"ll find what I'm looking for one day. I was proud and happy of the fact I threw away 10 bags of trash from my room and gave away 6 big bags of clothes and different household products. But, packing up everything as terrible. I got home from work and packed and threw away junk from 8pm-2am. Then up at 8 the next morning to do the same. So sad to leave my roommates, but we shall see each other still.

The rest of Illinois vacation was fantastic. I enjoyed it very much. Very sad when I had to leave my sisters a day early for work. Thankful that work ended up going well. The week after that I was the camp nurse for the Southland Student Conference at Camp Kulaqua. I grew up for 7 years going to that camp every summer. It has been 7 years since I last went. I loooooved working there!! It was not a crazy year and there were 2 other RN's. I was able to enjoy the slowness of camp life. I was able to swim in the cold spring and wander around the old buildings. I did NOT do the blob, oh well. I was able to catch up with my old camp counselor/youth worker, now friend. Good times. The speaker was an RUF minister from my stomping grounds, so I was able to hang with his wife and cute daughter.

I will put up some pics, but I'm not on my computer at the moment. Not connected to the Internet yet. But, I will soon. That is all for now. Not looking forward to the hotness of August this month, but anticipating the awesome wedding of my friends in a few weeks!! I am loving anticipating fall's arrival hopefully coming around here quickly.
