Interviewing today at 1 PM. I'm wearing my new suit, trying out professionalism look for once, parting my hair on the opposite side of my head, wearing my power red heels, and exuding confidence that I know I have. Interviews: daunting. But really, isn't it just a chance to talk and tell them about yourself and what you've done? Why can't I see it as just a conversation. The time I've interviewed well, I didn't really know I was being interviewed. Thats how they should always do it.
